Are there allergens in the dough?

‍ ‍yes. dairy, gluten, soy.

My dough arrived melted or softened? What do I do?

Your cookie dough ships frozen with insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain temperature during transit. Due to shipping conditions and transit time, the dough may arrive softened or partially thawed, but it should still feel cool or cold upon arrival. This is normal and does not affect product quality. Safe to re-freeze.

‍ ‍If the dough arrives warm, hot, fully melted, or has significantly lost its ball shape due to heat exposure, we recommend discarding the product and contacting us immediately.
